We use this information only to respond to you and to help with your real estate needs. If you go on to work with us, information you share during a transaction is handled under North Carolina and South Carolina real estate rules and the agreements we sign together.

Email newsletters

MLS property search

Our property search is provided by Canopy MLS. If you register, save a search or ask for listing alerts inside that search, the information you enter is collected by Canopy MLS under its own privacy terms, and may be shared with us so we can help you.

Service providers

We share information only with trusted providers who help us run this website and reply to you, such as our hosting, email delivery and newsletter services. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
